Former Bamford Works, Uttoxeter
We are pleased
that Cameron Homes has received planning approval from East Staffordshire
Borough Council to deliver 119 homes on the former Bamford Works factory site
in Uttoxeter town centre. Cameron is working in partnership with JCB to deliver
the £39 million legacy-led development, which will reflect the Georgian
architecture of the adjoining conservation area.
Transforming a 5.31-hectare site vacant since 2008, this exciting new development brings a diverse collection of 1- to 5-bedroom homes to the heart of Uttoxeter, including 18 plots dedicated to elderly occupants.
